3r3s Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "3r3s", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 3r3s online gaming platform operated at 3r3s.net and all associated services, features, and sub-sections thereof.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on 3r3s following successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on 3r3s, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer table, slot, sports betting market, fishing game, or any other wagering product made available on 3r3s from time to time.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by 3r3s prior to the processing of withdrawals, involving submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC and supporting documentation.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the native currency of the 3r3s platform.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 3r3s platform in any capacity.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated account balance maintained by 3r3s on behalf of the Player, reflecting deposited funds, winnings, and applicable bonuses less withdrawals and losses.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Player on any Game available on 3r3s.

By accessing the 3r3s platform, registering an Account, or placing any Wager, you irrevocably acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of 3r3s and must not register or maintain an Account.

Your acceptance of these Terms is a continuing obligation. Each time you access 3r3s or conduct any activity on your Account — including logging in, depositing funds, placing Wagers, or requesting withdrawals — you reaffirm your acceptance of the current version of this Agreement as published on the platform at that time.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 3r3s, a Player must at all times satisfy the following conditions:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while holding a 3r3s Account.
• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to the Player's jurisdiction.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 3r3s, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• Not be self-excluded from 3r3s or any affiliated platform under a voluntary or regulatory exclusion order that remains in effect.
• Not be prohibited from accessing online gaming services under the laws of the Player's applicable jurisdiction, to the extent that the Player has conducted appropriate personal legal due diligence.
• Hold a valid Pakistani CNIC or other government-issued identity document acceptable to 3r3s for KYC purposes.

3r3s reserves the absolute right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Where a Player cannot satisfy any of the above conditions upon request, 3r3s may suspend or permanently close the Account and withhold or forfeit any balance therein, in accordance with its AML and compliance obligations.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of 3r3s complies with all laws applicable to them personally. 3r3s makes no representation that access to the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions and expressly disclaims liability for any Player who accesses 3r3s in a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.

4.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on 3r3s at any given time. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 3r3s employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all accounts associated with that individual may be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

4.2 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration — including name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and city of residence — must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information at registration, including misrepresentation of age, is a serious breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

4.3 KYC Documentation

Prior to the processing of any withdrawal, Players must complete the 3r3s KYC verification process by submitting the following:

• A clear copy of the Player's valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — both front and back.
• A recent selfie photograph of the Player holding the CNIC, with both the Player's face and CNIC details clearly visible.
• Where required by 3r3s compliance procedures, proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g. JazzCash account screenshot, bank statement).

3r3s aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of submission. During this period, Players may deposit funds and participate in Games. Withdrawals will be held until KYC is successfully completed. 3r3s reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle.

4.4 Updates to Account Information

Players are obligated to notify 3r3s promptly of any changes to their registered details, particularly changes to their Pakistani mobile number or email address, as these channels are used for security authentication and account recovery. Updates must be verified before they take effect.

Each Player is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their 3r3s login credentials, including their password and any SMS OTP codes received on their registered mobile number. 3r3s recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password for your 3r3s Account that is not shared with any other platform or service.
• Enable SMS OTP two-factor authentication where available.
• Never disclose your password or OTP code to any third party, including persons claiming to represent 3r3s support. 3r3s support staff will never request your password.
• Always log out of your 3r3s Account on shared or public devices.
• Contact 3r3s support immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3r3s will not be liable for any losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials. Where unauthorised access is suspected, 3r3s may temporarily suspend the Account pending identity verification, and may require full KYC re-verification before reinstating access.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3r3s currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Payment methods and their availability are subject to change at 3r3s's discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

6.2 Currency

All transactions on 3r3s are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR transactions. Transactions initiated in other currencies may be subject to conversion at prevailing rates at 3r3s's discretion, and Players bear any associated conversion costs.

6.3 Deposits

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are subject to standard interbank clearing times and may take up to two business days to reflect in the Player's Wallet. 3r3s reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, which are published on the platform and may be updated from time to time.

6.4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available Wallet balance.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to funds in the Wallet must be met prior to withdrawal.
• The withdrawal destination must match a payment method previously used for deposit where practicable, in accordance with AML procedures.

3r3s aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours, subject to KYC and AML review. 3r3s reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified of any delays and their reason where permissible under applicable law.

6.5 Funds Integrity

Player funds deposited to 3r3s are held in accounts segregated from 3r3s operating funds. 3r3s does not use Player balances for operational purposes. This structure is maintained to ensure that Player funds remain available for withdrawal subject to applicable verification requirements.

3r3s offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific bonus terms published alongside each promotion:

• Bonuses are available exclusively to verified Players aged 21 and above who hold a single, KYC-confirmed Account on 3r3s.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus funds may only be used for the game categories specified in the relevant bonus terms. Using bonus funds in restricted game categories may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• 3r3s reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse, wagering pattern manipulation, or breach of this Agreement.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Wallet at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash (except where wagering requirements have been met), and hold no monetary value outside the 3r3s platform.

3r3s retains the absolute right to reclaim bonus funds from a Player's Wallet where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was obtained or used in breach of these terms, and to adjust the Wallet balance accordingly.

All Games available on the 3r3s platform — including Live Casino tables, Slot Games, Cricket Betting markets, Dreams of Macao sessions, and Fishing Games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any Wager.

3r3s sources its game content from certified, internationally licensed software providers. All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories to verify that game outcomes are genuinely random and that actual RTP (Return to Player) percentages correspond to published figures. Live dealer games use certified dealing procedures consistent with international casino standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server interruption, or software error that affects the outcome of a Game or the crediting of winnings, 3r3s reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. Where a malfunction results in a displayed win that would not have occurred absent the malfunction, the win is void and no payout obligation arises. 3r3s's decision in all matters relating to technical malfunctions is final.

3r3s reserves the right to void or withhold payment of any Wager where there is credible evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or any form of game manipulation that distorts the integrity of an outcome. Such cases may be reported to relevant sporting and regulatory authorities.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3r3s platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 3r3s reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account of any Player found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct, and to withhold or forfeit any balance therein:

• Registering more than one Account on 3r3s, whether directly or through a third party acting on the Player's behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent interaction with 3r3s.
• Attempting to circumvent the KYC process or age verification requirements through any means.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account, or permitting any other person to access or operate the Player's Account.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any Game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to bonus abuse through artificial wagering patterns.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place Wagers or interact with the 3r3s platform in a manner not available to standard human users.
• Any conduct that 3r3s reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity in connection with the Player's Account or transactions.
• Engaging in offensive, threatening, abusive, or harassing conduct toward 3r3s staff or other platform users.

3r3s is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform is intended to be an entertainment product, and 3r3s recognises that gambling carries inherent risk of harm for some individuals. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players through their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic session duration alerts to prompt review of gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary access restriction of 24 hours to 30 days to their Account without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from 3r3s. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration selected (minimum six months) and will not be reversed at the Player's request within that period.

3r3s will never market directly to a self-excluded Player during the exclusion period. 3r3s also reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to any Account where patterns of behaviour suggest the Player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, even absent a Player request.

3r3s reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• KYC verification reveals that the Player does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3.
• 3r3s's compliance, fraud, or AML teams identify activity on the Account that warrants investigation or reporting.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, in which case 3r3s will make reasonable efforts to contact the Player before applying a dormancy restriction.
• A regulatory authority or court order requires the suspension or closure of the Account.

Where an Account is closed at 3r3s's initiative for non-breach reasons (e.g. platform exit in a specific market), any verified remaining balance will be returned to the Player via their last used payment method following completion of all applicable checks. Where closure results from breach of this Agreement, 3r3s reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance to cover losses, costs, or damages arising from the breach.

A Player who wishes to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting 3r3s support. Closure requests are processed within five business days and any eligible remaining balance will be withdrawn following standard KYC and AML checks.

All content on the 3r3s platform — including but not limited to the 3r3s brand name, logo, interface design, game graphics, software, text, images, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3r3s or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3r3s platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, scraping, or commercially exploiting any 3r3s content or platform functionality without prior written consent.

Unauthorised use of 3r3s intellectual property may constitute infringement and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 3r3s.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3r3s expressly excludes all liability for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss arising from or in connection with the Player's use of the 3r3s platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of wagered funds due to the inherent randomness of Game outcomes.
• Loss resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment delays outside 3r3s's direct control.
• Loss arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including forfeiture of bonuses or balances.
• Any psychological or financial harm arising from the Player's gambling activity on 3r3s, provided that 3r3s has made responsible gaming tools available and the Player has chosen not to use them.

3r3s's total aggregate liability to any individual Player arising from any and all claims under this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to 3r3s in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of applicable law.

3r3s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Player rights or obligations in a significant way — 3r3s will provide reasonable advance notice via the Player's registered email address or via a prominent notice on the 3r3s platform, where practicable.

Continued use of the 3r3s platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using 3r3s and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11. The current version of these Terms is always available at 3r3s.net/terms-conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3r3s holds its gaming operating licence. In the event of any dispute, discrepancy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or a Player's use of the 3r3s platform, the Parties agree to the following resolution process:

1. Informal Resolution: The Player must first contact 3r3s support and attempt to resolve the matter informally. 3r3s will acknowledge all formal complaints in writing within five (5) business days and issue a final position within thirty (30) business days.
2. Formal Dispute: Where informal resolution is not achieved, the Player may escalate the dispute to the independent dispute resolution service designated by 3r3s's licensing authority , details of which are available through the 3r3s platform or on request from 3r3s support.
3. Jurisdiction: Where formal legal proceedings are necessary, the Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent under the governing law of 3r3s's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents 3r3s from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the platform.
